The Specialized Tax Services (STS) Business Incentives Group (BIG) Senior Associate is primarily responsible for executing project tasks to identify, document, and support on exam R&D tax credits and incentives. In this role, the STS BIG Senior Associate is charged with utilizing research skills and applying industry knowledge to understand the potential R&D tax credit issues and opportunities and to gather client information and documentation to identify qualified costs and expenses and calculate the R&D benefits efficiently and effectively. The role also may assist with business development and operational matters.
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
California Locations: $82,000 - $95,000
Washington Locations: $82,000 - $95,000
BDO Total Rewards include but encompass so much more than traditional "benefits," such as compensation and health-related insurance (medical, dental and vision) for employees who meet eligibility requirements. Examples include but are not limited to 12 days or more Paid Time Off annually, dependent on position, plus an additional 12 paid holidays and Parental Leave.
