Our client, a Medical Device company, needs a Senior R&D Systems Engineer to join their team in San Carlos.

Responsibilities of the Senior R&D Systems Engineer:

  • Map systems capabilities and systems integration
  • Complete R&D projects for clinical studies and commercial launch
  • Develop and manage trace matrices for requirements to testing
  • Develop and implement new product and system testing protocols
  • Perform technical reviews on product user manuals

Requirements of the Senior R&D Systems Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Systems integration experience: requirements, risk documentation, system validation, system architecture, system integration testing
  • Strong risk management and documentation experience
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Able to operate with a strong sense of urgency
