Position Summary / Responsibilities:

The role will grow the Nimway business by active prospecting of new customers, establishing partnership network and nurturing customers in North America. This by both doing F2F interaction and by using digital tools like Teams, DocuSign, Salesforce, Linkedin and Hubspot

The role has the responsibility throughout the sales funnel including contract negotiation and key account management for North American customers.

The key responsibilities for the role are to

  • Defining and executing strategies for reaching business goals in NA

  • Lead qualification and nurturing

  • Identify and contacting new clients and partners through meetings, exhibitions, social media, and sales calls.

  • Closing contracts with new clients and partners

  • Research prospects, identify buying circle, needs, changes and budget

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

  • Reseller and referral partner management

Requirements:

  • Minimum:

    • Experience in customer engagement process from lead management, contract negotiation to post-sales customer management

    • The ability to drive the US business on an individual level as Nomad style

    • A great business acumen to enter into Enterprises

    • Familiar with sales contract and NDA review

    • Experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques using phone, meetings, social media

    • Experience of physical and digital conference and exhibition marketing

    • Understanding of sales performance metrics

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

    • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role

    • Track record of achieving sales quotas

    • Experience working with SalesForce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    • Technical interest and understanding in IoT and cloud-technologies.

    • Have understanding and interest of workplace experience and occupancy analytics

  • Preferred:

    • Established network in the target segment of smart office solutions
