The National Senior - Assurance Quality Management is responsible for assessing and understanding causes of audit quality events, testing the Firm's system of quality management, maintaining, and supporting audit quality tools, and assisting with managing responsive actions to enhance the Firm's system of quality management. In coordination with the National Managing Partner - Assurance Quality Management, the Senior performs investigative analyses of various quality related events, gathers, and analyzes data to identify systemic trends and conditions, assists in planning audit quality improvements and assists in development and implementation of audit quality indicators.
