You will lead the development and delivery of large enterprise solutions by transforming broad concepts into structured programs, leading the delivery of global programs, delivering solutions for complex, high impact challenges.

The primary responsibility for this position is to develop operational capabilities to drive significant growth and scale for the Enterprise Services business. This individual will work closely with Enterprise division and field leadership across CSO Delivery teams to drive successful development and execution of tools and processes. This is an exciting, high visibility opportunity to improve customer and employee experiences.

Key areas of responsibility:
  • Partner with Agilent divisions, local field teams, and key stakeholders in functions such as All-Services and CSO Delivery, Sourcing, Finance, IT, and CoPC to develop business solutions across a highly complex, cross functional organization.
  • Build positive relationships with regional CSO Delivery teams ensuring that the key business requirements are communicated and incorporated into Global Ops solutions. Offer subject matter expertise and global perspective to identify/develop new solutions and lead successful execution of Global Ops Programs
  • Ensure optimal Enterprise deal architecture is achieved for global, or strategic partner, RFP's or Bids. In collaboration with the CSO Delivery teams, you will review the Enterprise customer requirements, and demonstrate your deep understanding of Agilent's Enterprise account management, accounting models, and financial goals to drive profitable growth within these opportunities.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain new platforms, processes, and tools which enable efficiency and effectiveness improvements within our Enterprise sales and delivery organizations. Train and support regional Enterprise delivery teams on new platforms, processes and tools ensuring worldwide adoption, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Field service teams to identify and drive globalization/standardization of process.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership, influence, exceptional interpersonal skills, broad business knowledge, creativity, and an exceptional work ethic are critical traits for success in this role.

Job Requirement: * Meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain site access, unless prohibited by law. These requirements vary by customer/vendor and may include, but are not limited to: post-employment background checks, various forms of drug testing, vaccinations, fingerprinting, proof of valid identification, and/or adherence to customer-specific substance abuse programs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years' practical experience, of which 5 years' will be meaningful experience, and an eagerness to build on your excellent analysis, presentation and strategy development skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic solutions and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to consultatively synthesize complex requirements and develop simple global solutions
  • Solid understanding of Agilent product and service offerings, and depth of experience working within Agilent's Enterprise Sales or Delivery programs.
  • A standout colleague with proven excellence in collaborating effectively and efficiently with cross-functional, and global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to link disparate information and detail into high quality and concise business proposals.
  • Ability to fully prepare, working with Sales teams, bid responses to customer technical, legal and other specifications.
  • Experience working with content management and RFP response tools and platforms desired.
  • Experience working with international teams

Salary range for Colorado applicants is between 99,072 - 154,800
