We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to assist us with a range of digital marketing, Web, lead generation, Account Based Marketing, SEO, search engine, social media, and other marketing activities. What You'll Do

Our Digital Marketing Specialist would be involved in a wide variety of activities, including:

  • Developing, executing, and managing digital marketing programsto educate and engage customers and prospects - including search marketing, SEO, email marketing, video marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Leveraging marketing technologies, data, and platformsto increase marketing reach and accelerate demand. This includes leveraging our marketing automation system (HubSpot), analytics tools,ZoomInfodatabase, as well as LinkedIn tools.
  • Promoting Lightwell through social media channels(Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others)
  • Promotions viaGoogle Ads / search engine marketing, including text, display, and retargeting. AdWords certification is a plus.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, web pages, email assets, blog content, social posts, ad copy, video content, and webinar content to support the execution of campaigns.
  • Managing and optimizingAccount Based Marketing (ABM)programs
  • Assisting in setting up and promoting content ina variety of digital formats- such as ebooks, online interactive tools, white papers, videos, webinars, brochures, sales presentations, demos, and more - for Lightwell's website, blog, social channels, and external sites
  • Orchestrate lead nurturing programs, emails, and sequences for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Adding, updating, and optimizing content on our website and landing pages, leveragingSEO best practices
  • Managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Assisting inmarketing database development, cleansing, and optimization
  • Managing and optimizingLightwell's profileon external sites and in external databases

You'll also get to know a lot of great people across our company quickly and learn a great deal about the technologies and businesses on which we focus. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.

Skills You'll Need

  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and lead generation
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, and related concepts in B2B Marketing
  • Strong campaign planning and execution skills: Must be able to balance innovation against known and effective approaches, making the most of our budget.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience and/or certifications with Google Adwords, Bing Advertising, and paid social channels. Proficient with Google Ads, including text, display, and retargeting. AdWords certification a plus.
  • HubSpot experience and/or certification a plus. Experience managing Marketo, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce.com, etc. is also a plus.
  • Experience with ABM platforms a plus
  • Experience in managing WordPress websites a plus, preferably with a working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics
  • Excellent communication skills: Must be able to deliver clear, compelling, and articulate written and verbal communications and must be able to describe complex subjects in compelling ways for our audience.
  • Creative skills: A good eye for evaluating creative design options that will resonate with target buyers, such as in presentations or videos, working closely with design teams to bring messages to life visually.
  • Strong analytical skills: Open to experimenting with new approaches, testing hypotheses and establishing KPIs that can help determine the effectiveness.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge or direct experience with integration, supply chain, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

  • At least a four-year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing or related major. An MBA is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably associated with a B2B technology firm
  • Proven experience or training related to leveraging LinkedIn marketing, including LinkedIn Sponsored updates
  • Strong detail-orientation and a great problem-solver
  • A team player with a positive and generous attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and outstanding organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp business-to-business technology concepts
