This position offers the opportunity to blend your business, marketing, and eCommerce savvy to develop and manage global marketing programs that fuel eCommerce growth; drive awareness and adoption of Agilent's online capabilities; and enhance our customers' experience with Agilent. This involves working across multiple divisions and geographies to lead cross-functional teams in marketing program and campaign identification, development, execution, and optimization. The position requires strong marketing program strategy skills, including an ability to understand customer needs and translate those needs into successful messaging, content ecosystem, and revenue marketing campaigns. This includes:

• Partnering with Digital Channel, Sales, and Operations, to identify eCommerce growth, and online capability adoption opportunities, to be supported by marketing programs
• Analyzing market, customer, and competitive information to enable effective program definition and development,
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to lead message and content development
• Engaging Marketing Program Manager peers across the businesses, to leverage eCommerce messaging, content, and best practices, in support of product-specific eCommerce marketing program plans
• Measuring and evaluating the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs. Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy & design.

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing program strategies to drive eCommerce growth, and the awareness and adoption of online capabilities
• Experience developing justifications for marketing investments
• Results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives
• Effective project management and organizational skills
• Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively cross-organizationally, cross-functionally and within a global matrix environment
• Strong initiative and creativity
• Proven ability to understand the needs and buying influences of a scientific target audience
• Revenue marketing, messaging, digital marketing, and marketing automation experience
