Ecolab is currently seeking a Reliability Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Elk Grove Village, IL. As a Reliability Team Lead, you will demonstrate your leadership potential while you assist the manufacturing plant drive TPM. This is an opportunity to gain knowledge in project planning, project management, managing external resources, and equipment reliability.

A successful Reliability Team Lead will apply engineering skills to solve complex problems, using knowledge of Ecolab's customers and markets. You can expect to schedule and help coordinate innovative, complex projects to meet cost and time objectives complying with design criteria and standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise reliability team of two technicians and manage reliability budget and Preventive Maintenance Pillar

  • Apply engineering skills and experience to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost by planning and executing engineering projects while meeting project cost and schedule objectives

  • Support efforts to identify areas within the operations function where safety, quality, delivery, and cost may be improved

  • Support feasibility studies, determine manpower and cost estimates

  • Develop engineering criteria to plan projects and drive capital projects from approval and execution to recognize objectives

  • Work with others to ensure projects conform to local, regional, national, and corporate safety, environmental, and other applicable standards

  • Support technical efforts to develop and integrate manufacturing processes for new and significantly revised products

  • Develops and maintains the plant capital budget

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering

  • 3+ years experience directly related engineering experience

  • 2+ years managing direct report(s)

  • Experience in maintenance, reliability and or construction

  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position offer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in an engineering discipline

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools and techniques on cross functional teams

  • Effective communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to workindependentlyandas a member of a multi-disciplinary team while managing multiple tasks and/or projects

  • TPM experience

  • Ability to guide and train lower level engineers
