JOB DESCRIPTION

Eliassen Group is looking for a highly driven Executive Talent Acquisition Recruiter for our Risk Management/Business Optimization practice. This role will be responsible for partnering with local and national leadership to create and execute the recruiting strategy, full lifecycle recruiting, and for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable Eliassen Group to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our team members. This is a remote opportunity, supporting a National practice.



Responsibilities will include:

  • Stay abreast on market trends and recommend innovative recruiting approaches and tools
  • Analyze trends, economic conditions and risk factors that impact current and future talent strategies
  • Collaborate with peers to develop effective sourcing strategies and solutions
  • Execute against business development objectives, margin goals, and business strategies
  • Develop a solid understanding of Eliassen Group service offerings
  • Stay well informed on industry changes and participate where possible in professional organizations locally and nationally
  • Share information and ideas that stimulate cross-selling

    Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in professional services and public accounting, CPA a plus
  • Experience in building sourcing strategies for candidates through various channels (direct, employee referrals, job boards, professional organizations, etc.).
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for building a business and exhibiting a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles
  • An entrepreneurial individual who thrives on, and has demonstrated the ability to build a successful consultant pool
  • Ability to respond effectively and quickly to client needs and issues and prioritize changing workloads
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients, consultants and management
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop business relationships
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Outstanding ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to successfully interface with executives, management, clients and procurement
  • Expertise with key Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
