The individual in this role will learn to program liquid handling robots. The individual with work with method developers, scientists, and operators to build, test, and release methods. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of programming concepts or experience with liquid handling robotics. The successful candidate must be eager to learn and driven to be part of a fast paced and highly motivated team. Moderna's Co-Op program is a full-time opportunity beginning January 2022 through June 2022. Interested candidates should be available for full-time work during this timeframe.

Learn to program liquid handling robotics (Hamilton)
Work on creating new/updating existing methods on liquid handling robots
Test methodin the lab using water
Work with scientists to test method with samples
Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Currently Enrolled Junior or Senior; science/engineering major is preferred
Some basic knowledge of programming concepts
Requires hands-on lab work
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Previous co-op or intern experience preferred.
Must be curious, eager, open to learning, and independent.
