What You Will Be Doing:

Strategically partnering with the Business leaders across the organization to move the needle for the business.
Proactively identifying and addressing organizational and people opportunities
Building future bench and upscale capabilities through the development of top talent and strategic hires
Instilling a culture that resonates with Synopsys values, fosters innovative thinking, and challenging the status quo.
Delivering, in partnership with our People team partners, HR programs to the business.
Partnering with the VP of People and business leaders to execute talent strategies and plans.
Working with leaders to identify needs, prioritize, and lead efforts to enable employees to do the best work in service to our customers.

What You Will Need:
Strong business acumen
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to influence decision-making.
Exposure to organizational design, workforce strategy and planning efforts
Experience in diagnosing and building leaders and manager capabilities.

The Team You Will Be A Part Of: You will be a part of an experienced team of HR Business Partners who are aligned to senior leaders across the organization. Together, we strive to create an inclusive environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and growth.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $176,000-$264,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
