AI Solution Architect Advisor

The Opportunity:

As an experienced engineer, you know that machine learning is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support environmental health focused solutions. As a machine learning engineer on our healthcare team, you'll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data.

In this role, you'll own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You'll be part of a large community of machine learning engineers across the firm and collaborate with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and program managers to deliver world class solutions to create sustainable healthcare solutions. Your advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise will guide clients as they navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with data or solutions architecture, data science, or machine learning engineering, including in an advisory, managerial, or consultative role

  • Experience with project management, client relationship building, and executive communication capabilities

  • Experience with machine learning solutions, including generative AI, LLMs, transformers, state space models, or variational autoencoders

  • Experience with publishing research work

  • Experience with cloud based large data warehousing solutions, data lakes and ETL processes in either Azure or AWS

  • Knowledge of database management concepts, storage, query, and retrieval methods

  • Ability to gather requirements from customers and lead Agile teams

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Master's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experienceintegrating DevSecOps practices and principles throughout the project life cycle

  • Experience supporting Cloud platform infrastructure, including on AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Experience with the application of Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision for intelligence use cases

  • Experience with AI and ML tools and frameworks, including TensorFlow or PyTorch

  • Experience with AI concepts and tooling to support deep learning, machine learning, signal processing, and natural language processing

  • Experience producing technical documentation and designs

  • Knowledge of DoD AI and MLpoliciesand practices pertaining to big data and analytics

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and programming languages to perform analysis

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
