Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Atlanta, GA, Addison, TX, Chandler, AZ, and Richmond, VA. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Support infrastructure/service design, requirements capturing, design validation and product recommendation to ensure successful service design and implementation We do not have this capacity or technical skillset in-house
  • Develop and maintain architecture designs in accordance with Enterprise Architecture standards
  • Execute activities in support of creating detailed service designs in accordance with Enterprise Architecture standards
  • Collaborate with Service Architect to provide technology specific architecture expertise in service design
  • Identify and address architecture issues that may affect Infrastructure/Application and tool integrity
  • Produces architectural design and Involved documentation for inclusion in the Service Design Package
  • Create detailed design of components necessary to operate services and solutions on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification
  • Provide technical oversight and helps facilitate internal service/product toll-gating processes, including Permit to Build (PTB) and Permit to Operate (PTO) activities and coordinates acceptance activities for aligned services/products
  • Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and supports the development, execution, and operation of service
  • Participate in peer review and sign off on detailed designs
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure design requirements and success criteria are met
  • Support the definition of Infrastructure/Application and tool architecture standards
  • Ensure the overall technical design at project/ program level is aligned with the architecture standards
  • Support project teams during the design phase

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with designing and implementing medium to large Enterprise-Level endpoint near/real-time monitoring solutions
  • 5 years of experience with virtual and physical endpoint environments
  • MCSE certified
  • Experience with leading implementation of enterprise level monitoring solutions (Aternity, Nexthink, OMS, SCOM)
  • Proven experience with Production environments with 50,000+ users
  • Excellent knowledge of monitoring related technologies
  • ITIL foundational certified
  • Agile certified
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong dedication to quality customer service
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Possess a personal sense of urgency and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with business and technical teams to build requirements and technical artifacts
  • Proven experience in developing and executing on the product/project lifecycle including selection, design, test, certify, implement, support and optimize for end user focused services
  • Ability to tailor messages to technical as well as executive audiences

Pay Range: $41.41-$49.41
