We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Planning and Analysis to join our CAO/Business Excellence team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and will work a HYBRID schedule.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinates clear, succinct responses to client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) working in partnership with experts across the business.
  • Manages proposal and DDQ responses end-to-end, working in both independently and in a team environment.
  • Operating as Billing liaison within Clearance & Collateral Management via invoice calculations, reporting, service code generation, and audits.
  • Effective communication to senior management on complex topics and the Treasury Market impacts, relaying the actionable information effectively to client facing, operations, and administration teams.
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
  • Conduct analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/FinTech or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience working in administration management setting including various disciplines such as Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.
  • Preferred platform experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), or Microsoft Power Platform.
