Summary
Serves meal to residents based upon the resident's prescribed dietary regimen and food
allergies, providing residents with the "ultimate" dining experience.

Essential functions
* Prepare utility area.
* Ensure menu is on the chalkboard.
* Check dietary roster.
* Prepare iced tea, juice, coffee, and tea.
* Fill and maintain supply of condiments.
* Assist cook as needed.
* Conduct quality check on tables
* Provide gracious table service.
* Clean the Dining Room as scheduled.
* Re-set Dining Room tables
* Clean the Kitchen as scheduled.
* Clean the microwave.
* Clean the coffee machine.
* Clean the juice machine.
* Set up and maintain the snack hutch.
* Set up the hydration cart at 2:00 PM
* Set up tray service.
* Assist resident in a medical emergency.
* Notice residents' eating habits.
* Follow cleaning schedules.
* Support events as needed.
* Performs other duties, as assigned.

Experience:
* Six months related experience or training
* Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry
preferred.
Education:
* High School education or GED
