This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Senior Systems Analyst you will automate and build tools to equip the Sales Compensation Team with data driven and actionable insights. You are expected to connect databases and use data visualization to answer critical business questions and influence executive decisions that drive business results. You will lead automation projects that will improve the processes and implement the policies of the company. With tools such as Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau, you will be the key in solving problems and executing strategies of the business.

This role is excellent for you if you love working with systems, data, databases, and data visualization tools. Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRMs is a plus!

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Design the right analytical solution based on proper business context, available data sets, and systemic constraints.

• Work with large datasets using appropriate data engineering tools (Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx) and strong understanding of system design and relational databases.

• Create management reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) to monitor daily operations and performance.

• Establish regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote data driven approach in monitoring business operations.

Essential Skills:

• Confirmed data analytics experience of at least 2 years

• Have used MS Excel in building usable reports

• Has excellent oral and communication skills in English

• Possesses strong intuition for business

• Experience in using data engineering techniques to clean and process data

• Exposure in sales operations and/or SaaS industry Experience in Tableau Experience using Salesforce

• Experience with SQL and Hadoop or other database platform

• Excellent oral and communication skils

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 2 years work experience in data analytics, data visualization, data engineering, information systems, or other related fields

• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (e.g. 2 AM to 11 AM MNL Tuesday to Saturday)

Nice to Have

• Exposure in sales operations and/or SaaS industry Experience in Tableau Experience using Salesforce
