Job Title: VP of Internal Audit

Reports To: Enovis Audit Committee & Administratively to the Chief Financial Officer

Key Relationships: Operations, Finance, Accounting, External Auditors, and External Consultants

Enovis seeks a senior executive to be part of the Financial Leadership Team serving as VP Internal Audit. The person in this role will be responsible for leading the Corporate Internal Audit function to provide objective controls assurance and other services to add value. The primary focus areas for the function are (1) ensuring a healthy financial control environment including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements; (2) executing the operational audit plan; (3) supporting acquisition due diligence and integration; (4) developing a pipeline of Finance talent for the Company: and (5) driving the ERM program across the company with regular reports to the executive committee. The individual we seek is intellectually curious with a demonstrated background in continuous improvement in internal audit process and outcomes. They will have strong technical acumen, a collaborative style, and a history of effective hiring, managing, and developing staff. Enovis is a global company with revenue split between the US and international markets, with a business model that continues to grow organically and through acquisitions.

Minimum Essential Requirements:

  • Exceptional communicator all employee levels including senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business required.
  • US CPA is highly desirable.
  • 15+ years of experience in audit, internal audit, and / or financial control leadership roles with significant global exposures.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX.
  • Internal Audit qualification (e.g., CIA) would be a plus.
  • Strong proponent of Enovis values and behaviors
