We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Order Management Specialist focused on Order Fulfillment to join our team in Memphis. In this role, you will be part of a team focused on backlog management, Service support, and internal order processing. You will serve as a liaison to internal business partners operating with minimal supervision. Your ability to understand logistics operations from start to finish will be key in ensuring timely shipments. Building internal partnerships will be critical for the success of this role. This is not an external customer-facing role, however ability for build rapport with internal customers is a critical skill.

Responsibilities include: The Ideal Candidate will Possess the ability to:

* Logistics Operations Expertise:

* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations from initiation to completion proactively identifying and addressing challenges that may impact revenue and product shipments.

* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations from initiation to completion Implement changes to affected orders as Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) are released.

* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations from initiation to completion Maintain accurate order ship schedules.

* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations from initiation to completion Support the Service Department ensuring timely/accurate shipments of service parts.

* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations from initiation to completion Investigate defective shipment claims and ensure timely resolution for customers.

* Identifying and Overcoming Target Revenue Barriers:

* Skillfully Analyze order backlogs and adeptly interpret their implications on revenue generation, employing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for the operations.

* Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the order management process to Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for optimizing scheduled shipments and overall operational efficiency.

* Conduct strategic analysis of the backlogs to support the operations team in resource allocation to maximize available resources.

* Identify internal obstacles within operations that may hinder the shipping process and collaborate with stakeholders to devise innovative strategies and solutions to ensure the achievement of shipping targets.

* Lead problem-solving efforts if shipping/revenue targets are at risk.

* Continuous Improvement:

* Develop and measure standard metrics.

Identify opportunities for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop project plans for change, and monitor progress toward goals.

Provide project plan input for implementing improvements. Monitor newly implemented processes to ensure the intended outcome. Analyze, maintain, and improve organizational performance.

* Use a combination of data analysis, customer feedback, and creativity to find new ways to streamline processes, eliminate waste, align across sites/regions, and increase value.

* Communication:

* Act as a key point of contact for internal business partners (Customer Service, Planning, operations), facilitating the smooth flow of shipments, interpreting obstacles within the organization, managing backlogs, and coordinating with logistics department leaders.

* Demonstrate the capability to Cultivate robust relationships and convey information efficiently when interacting with both internal stakeholders and customers within the organization.

* Responsible for Communicating shipping targets, both anticipated achievements and potential delays, to the relevant internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Willingness to work overtime or varied schedule as required. May be asked to travel

Qualifications

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent years of experience

* 2+ years experience in a Logistics, Customer Service or Planning environment

* Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred

* Advanced Minimum Intermediate level Excel and Word experience; ability to creating and update spreadsheets and documents including the addition of pivot tables, formulas, and charts/graphsProven experience in logistics operation

* Experience performing data analysis and reporting to key metrics

* Basic PowerPoint skills: ability to create or modify presentations

* Database experience updating and extracting data - Able to navigate to obtain/update information

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to Experience adapting to changing priorities, multi-tasking and prioritizing work to accomplish team objectives

* Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and continuous improvement focused

* * Ability Experience working to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work overtime or varied schedule as required. May be asked to travel 10 %

Desired:

* Knowledge of Bills of Materials and supply and demand planning

* Experience in Customer Service

* Experience in Production Planning or Procurement
