DescriptionAs an OpEx Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects in support of the revenue/profit plan for assigned corporate accounts. The OpEx Manager is expected to interface and build critical mid/high level relationships with these clients at customer sites and Corporate Technical and R&D for the benefit of Solenis long term business. The OpEx Manager provides oversight of our Sales Funnel and Continuous Improvement Program to drive conversion of awarded business and influence local sales teams calling on these clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Requires 50%-70% travel.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profit targets
  • Ensure safe operations at customer sites
  • Deliver on customer value commitments across the customer corporation
  • Track total cost of ownership and value delivery
  • Drive new ideas and best practices across the customer organization
  • Coordinate customer and Solenis Technology interactions
  • Align Solenis projects with customer's strategic business needs
  • Support strategic trials for new business
  • Drive conversion of newly awarded business
  • Ensure consistent program management at all sites within a given customer organization
  • Provide technical leadership in the bid process

QualificationsEducationBA/BS 4-year degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science or a related field

Experience10+ years technical and/or technical sales; 2-5 years Sr. level customer interface

KnowledgePulp & Paper manufacturing
