Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

* Presents and sells the Bally's brand and the property, as the premiere employer of choice in the gaming/hospitality industry.

* Uses creative recruiting methods to produce a qualified and diverse candidate pool pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and internet sourcing.

* Represents Bally's Dover at internal and external recruitment functions as assigned.

* Conducts structured interviews in the field, in accordance with brand interviewing and selection strategy.

* Responsible for meeting talent retention goals and related hiring objectives.

* Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, agencies, and the community and tracks measurable outcomes.

* Coordinates and conducts group property tours (schools, universities, etc.) to attract potential talent and develop networking relationships.

Ensures and audits I9 compliance

Complies with all requirements of the Delaware lottery.

Verifies background information and reviews with Supervisor as needed.

* Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Excellent relationship building ability and communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business partners.

* Good organizational and planning skills.

Supervisory Responsibility:

* Human Resources Coordinator

Work Environment:

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

*Must be familiar with cloud based applicant tracking systems and onboarding, UKG preferred.

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, not required, or comparable related experience.
