Position Description:
Ryerson has an opportunity for an Shipping & Receiving Admin. As an Shipping & Receiving Admin, you are responsible for accurately entering incoming material, researching orders and being the liaison between Operations and Sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and receive into SAP
* Prepare and keep records of goods received
* Assign proper storage locations for good received
* Help conduct regular inventory cycle counts
* Record and reject damaged items
* Review and consolidate offsite inventory reports
* Direct delivery drivers to the correct unloading location
* Receive and sign for deliveries
*All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Position Requirements:
*Associates Degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience
*SAP experience with receiving goods, OSP, scanning documents and batch movements
*1+ Year experience in warehouse/distribution/metal service center
*Strong inventory management skills
*Ability to receive stock accurately and efficiently
*Outstanding computer skills with the ability to apply knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
*Demonstrated experience creating reports and manipulating data using database applications
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
*Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
*Effective ability to establish and maintain strong working relationship with co-workers, management and customers
*Proven ability to perform within a team environment and add to the overall success of the team

Salary: $ 23.00 starting salary higher than $23.00 is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale
