The St. Louis Market Leader serves as the face of Medica in the Market, building and enhancing relationships with providers, brokers, community and members. This senior leader will be accountable for developing and executing strategic growth plans for a defined geographic region based on Medica's corporate objectives.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Developing and executing a local market strategy
Establishing Medica's brand in the market
Prioritization and collaboration across the enterprise as well as external key stakeholders is critical to our success. This requires direct (sales) and indirect (matrix) leadership of all internal and external teams working on behalf of the region.

Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
