Position Details

The Behavioral Health Navigator brings to the team clinical expertise in the assessment, treatment, and management of behavioral health and substance use and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Within the team, the Behavioral Health Navigator also has specific knowledge, skills, and abilities in the arena of primary care behavioral health integration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, or related field of study.
  • 2 years direct mental health care experience required.
  • Experience and training in Motivational interviewing, co-occurring disorders, trauma informed care, and integrated physical health/behavioral health care preferred.
