We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at our program in Wilmington, DE.

Earn $25.64/hour.

Position Details

The Behavioral Health Therapist (BHT) brings to the team clinical expertise in the assessment, treatment, and management of behavioral health and substance use and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder. Within the team, the BHT also has specific knowledge, skills, and abilities in the arena of primary care behavioral health integration. The BHT will help individuals identify reasons for pursuing greater wellness, set goals, and learn wellness management skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, or related field of study.
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience working in the mental health care field.
  • Experience and training in Motivational Interviewing (MI), co-occurring disorders, trauma informed care, and integrated physical health/behavioral health care, preferred.
