We are currently seeking a Production Scheduling Analyst to join our team at Stennis Space Center, MS.

40% - Direct Interface with Program Leadership & Other COE's, Conducts monthly detailed schedule analysis for program, company and customer, Resolves discrepancies or gaps between the Program IMS & Production status, and assists in the development of visual management scheduling tools to ensure proper tracking of key deliverables to plan.
30%- Creates Program resource loaded IMS in accordance with company best practices and customer requirements, Provides comprehensive and accurate schedule status & variance data in direct support of EVMS requirements (AIPM), Supports Hyperion / Staffing Analysis for Scheduling / Planning Teams, And Provides scenario scheduling support to inform program and production scheduling decisions.
20% - Performs comprehensive schedule health, risk, and critical path analysis that is in alignment with company best practices and customer requirements, Provides program scheduling expertise and service that support the entire program lifecycle from proposal to delivery, Assists with and/or run daily operations tag up meetings,
readiness reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
10% - Ensures Master Production Scheduling demand is properly loaded and is actively maintained in Maestro, Manages Demand (DTS / MDS/ OID / MPS) in accordance
with Master Scheduling standard work, Supports S&OP activities by analyzing, preparing & presenting
data.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management/Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or other Technical Degree and at least 6 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
U.S. Citizenship required. Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
