Job Description

Juniper's Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance team seeks a strong GTM Finance Senior Manager in support of Juniper's Americas Enterprise Sales organization. The Enterprise Segment is one of the largest and fastest growing Segment at Juniper.

The successful candidate will be part of Juniper's Americas Enterprise (GTM) Finance team and will partner with Sales Area and Regional Leaders. The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent analytical capabilities, have a solid understanding of the levers that impact sales and financials results, be experienced in business partnering with cross-functional senior leadership.

Reporting to the Americas Finance Director, this individual will be a critical member of the team and help drive key activities. This is a great role for a highly motivated individual who can function in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. The candidate should be highly analytical, constantly look for areas of improvement, using best practice and focus on delivering insights into the business. This role is an internal facing role and will have minimum interaction with external customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and partnership to Sales Leaders to define strategy to best serve the Enterprise businesses and deliver growth targets.
  • Partner with the Sales and Analytics teams to monitor KPI's and provide insights into Sales productivity and enabling data-backed investment decisions.
  • Partner with Area, Regional Sales leaders, and Account Managers - provide Finance support to run respective Areas/Regions: Weekly and 2-Quarter rolling Forecasts, QTD results, day to day operations, ad-hoc/historical financial data & intelligence,
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to remove obstacles and enhance the customer/partner experience.
  • Work closely with the Account Teams to create pricing proposals & deal review documents and drive non-standard pricing (NSP) approvals.
  • Track and improve deal pricing, margins, and incentives management; and ensure deal compliance requirements are satisfied.
  • Assist with agreements, Contract administration and Contract extension activities working closely with Legal, Revenue Accounting, Tax, Treasury, etc.
  • Manage Quarter Close activities - Deal Tracking, Pricing request & incentives, liaison with Order Management, Supply Chain escalations, etc.
  • Support Annual Sales planning, model topline projections, Sales productivity, Opex and Headcount planning.
  • Manage Annual and ad-hoc Sales territory planning and Quota Assignments in Planning Systems in partnership with the Compensation Team and Area/ Regional Sales Leaders.
  • Mange & track respective OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)

Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred with a passion for technology and finance.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently or collaborate as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, self-directed, organized, and efficient at time management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of synthesizing multiple sources and large amount of data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to partner with Sales Leaders, influence stakeholders using data, and collaborate in an inclusive culture.
  • Analytical orientation, creativity in problem solving, and keen business acumen.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with systems such as SFDC, SAP, SAC, Tableau, etc.

Minimum Salary: $125,400.00

Maximum Salary:$192,280.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $125,400.00 and $192,280.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
