ChristianaCare is looking for a Pediatric Hospitalist to join our large, well-established Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM) program. As a Christiana Pediatric Hospitalists (CPH) member, you will provide family-centered and evidence-based care to pediatric patients at our Bayhealth Kent and Sussex Campuses practice. Our hospitalists serve patients in multiple settings, including the inpatient pediatric unit, the newborn nursery, and the emergency department. This exciting opportunity also includes delivery coverage for high-risk deliveries, with a creative scheduling model allowing for extended time off to help prioritize work-life balance. Candidates may be BC/BE in PHM and must be BC/BE in General Pediatrics.

Christiana Pediatric Hospitalists lead inpatient pediatric and newborn teaching for the Bayhealth Family Medicine Residency program and Bayhealth-based medical students. CPH physicians also contribute to collaborative efforts to improve quality and safety for pediatric and newborn patients and serve leadership roles at our main and satellite campuses.
