Ryerson is currently seeking General Warehouse Operators (2nd and 3rd shift) to join our Operations team in the Commerce City market.
As a General Warehouse Operator you will be responsible for:
•Accurately picking metal materials by matching numbers and product description
•Breaking down bulk bundles for customer specific orders
•Accurately complete paperwork and work order confirmation on computer
•Move and stage materials using overhead crane and sit-down or side loader forklift
•Load / Unload trucks
•Other miscellaneous duties as directed by supervision
Shift:
2nd Shift, Mon-Fri starting at 2:30 p.m.
3rd Shift, Sun-Fri starting at 10:00 p.m
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•1 year of similar job experience is needed
•Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer
•Physical ability to pass physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, mobility and lifting requirements.
•Successful completion of the Ramsay Corporation Combined Basic Skills Assessment which evaluates your reading, math, inspection & measurement, and process monitoring & problem-solving skills
Pay: $24.69/HR paid weekly per union contract
