The Operations Lead manages the day-to-day internal processes and communications at kglobal. kglobal is a communications agency of 50 staff within a larger enterprise. This role demands understanding all the unique dynamics of a thriving creative team while ensuring alignment and compliance with corporate goals and systems - including accounting and finance, human resources, information technology, and other operational functions.
As part of a group of creative communicators, the ideal candidate thrives in a highly visible, fast-paced capacity while managing time-sensitive issues, sees the steps necessary to solve them, and acts upon them. You think outside the box, are fast on your feet, and are self-driven.
Success in this role does not end with "I sent an email" - it means unwavering focus on results, task completion, and moving past obstacles. You are the internal customer service team - you meet and anticipate the needs of leadership and staff to ensure we function first smoothly, then optimally.
