Under the general direction of the Vice President, Operations, responsible for strategy and success of the Operations, Product Quality, and Customer Support Department.
Perform Quality Assurance duties including executing manual and/or automated test cases to ensure the quality of our products
Works closely with developers and SAMs (Strategic Account Manager) to guide project development, including creation of testing plans.
Partner with Operations and Product team to ensure that our proposed development is consistent with our client experience objectives.
Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing and monitoring technical solutions.
Perform liaison duties between SAMs, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design or troubleshooting.
Liaison between the product and technical teams to manage the portfolio of client-specific projects to a consistent level of quality, value, and timeliness.
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years related and progressively responsible experience.
Experience and understanding of the healthcare industry
Epic experience a plus
Automation tools and process experience a plus
Programming experience a plus, will be testing .NET applications
Skilled in the development lifecycle, systems monitoring, resource development, and strategic planning.
Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
