What you will be doing

This position is responsible for the new customer onboarding experience and accountable for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations for supply chain strategy. This position will also be accountable for producing client and supporting sales reporting. This includes managing project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer, as well as partnering with the TRIOSE sales team and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. In addition, the sales enablement team works to develop best practices for efficiently implementing solutions and creating an excellent onboarding experience for the customer.

  • Develops, executes, and maintains individual customer implementation plans to ensure successful program launch.

  • Acts as a liaison between the sales team, other internal customers, and support teams to help track and provide updates on a variety of operational needs. To include, but not be limited to, reporting, pricing, collaboration to escalate or resolve issues and operations.

  • Manages multiple projects while working under the supervision of management with close attention to deadlines and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

  • Maintains accurate and current records for all client and internal project assignments.

  • Recommends adjustments to internal and external communication based on challenges and successes and develops innovative approaches for process improvements.

  • Produces all client report requests in line with the organization's capabilities by the assigned deadline.

  • Provides specific intel on prospect customer analysis or existing customer analysis by the assigned deadline.

  • Supports efforts to align and integrate with AB & TRIOSE's strategic priorities and strategies.

  • Continuously meets and exceeds performance metrics set for Sales Support Coordinator position.

  • Participates in training as required by the company.

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

    • Advanced knowledge of and experience working with hospital and health system management, procurement, Group Purchasing Organizations, hospital suppliers, contracting and materials management preferred

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to lead and execute customer projects

    • Strong problem-solving skills and able to deliver solutions and plans to customers

    • Travel may be required as necessary, up to 10%

    • This is an in office and/or remote/home office position

    $40,600 - 57,970

    *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
