Our Guy Metals market is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team responsible for growing transactional business across all product categories. Geographic territory will be primarily Hammond, WI area. Daily interaction with a broad customer base in both size and industry.

Responsibilities include:
* Seeking new customers as well as serving existing through face to face interactions, quote requests, technical support and material solutions.
* Work closely with and expect daily interaction with inside sales, sales management, operations, procurement, credit and other OSRs in order to achieve both company and customer objectives.
* Self motivated, aggressive and competitive SAY YES attitude is essential.
* Understanding of the goals and concepts of our business to develop daily goals to exceed sales and profitability targets.
* Work closely with and expect daily interaction with inside sales, sales management, operations, procurement, credit and other OSRs in order to achieve both company and customer objectives.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree highly preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Aggressive, competitive and self-motivated attitude
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong math aptitude
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiating skills
