We are seeking an Administrative Professional who will play an important role in maintaining the day-to-day administrative operations for our winning team in Blytheville,AR.

Responsibilities and duties include:

* General office functions including answering phones and filing
* Ordering and expense control of office and non-steel purchased supplies
* Miscellaneous reporting for production, with potential of data manipulation using Microsoft Excel
* Payroll administration
* Support with customer credits and vendor claim paperwork
* Daily compliance with job work instructions
* Identification and implementation of continuous improvements in all work processes
* Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
* High School diploma
* 1-3 years previous general office experience
* Outstanding computer skills with the ability to apply knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job duties and maintaining confidential information
* Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers
* Experience creating reports and manipulating data
* Track record of self-motivated, results-orientated team player
