Position Description:

We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in three installments over a 90-day period.

As a Press Operator on our winning team, the following are the most important requirements of the job you will be performing:

* You will be tasked with operating heavy-duty power presses that form or cut metal
* Using measuring instruments and hand tools, you will confirm and set the proper shut height of our press machines
* You will make sure the press die is properly installed, secured and centered before beginning operations
* You take pride in your work and perform quality checks on the parts you are producing
* You practice good housekeeping and make sure that the press and surrounding areas are free of debris and oil spills before the end of the shift
* Safety comes first. You are focused on maintaining and exceeding standards on all safety practices and requirements
* You are a part of a team and we value your input - you may be involved in safety committees or other inter-Company initiatives
* You will have other job responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Position Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED is preferred
* Previous press operating experience
* Demonstrated work ethic, strong attention to detail and contributes as a productive member of a team
* Must be able to read and interpret measuring tools
* Strong mechanical skills is a plus
* Remaining in an upright, stationary position for long periods of time
* Adjusting or lifting objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
