We are currently seeking a qualified Customer Experience Representative to join our sales team in Milwaukee, WI. This position is primarily responsible for sales growth and building customer relationships through excellent account management skills and customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Generating profitable growth in fabrication and RAP sales
* Daily interaction via phone and email with assigned customer base
* Responding to customers' quotations, needs, inquiries, and complaints
* Processing of customer orders and quotes in SAP or offline (quotes only)
* Analyzing customer drawings, developing processing times and optimal nesting
* Managing customer specific inventory
* Sourcing for non stocked items and outside processing
* Following up on quotes and outcalling customer to generate new business
* Understanding the goals and concepts of our business and incorporating business goals to achieve sales and profitability
* Working closely with OSR's, credit, inventory, systems, warehouse, and other departments in the company to ensure great customer service
* Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Metals industry experience a plus
* Aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude
* Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong math and technical aptitude
* Proficient in blueprint reading
* CNC programming or estimating experience a plus
* Detail oriented
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Problem solving / conflict resolution and negotiation skills
* SAP experience helpful
* Ability to work well and excel while working with a team or individually
