Primary responsibility is overall supervisor of the processing center to ensure operational effectiveness. Accordingly s/he will supervise the input, throughput and output activities to meet the internal and external customer requirements. This includes:

* Promote and demonstrate a safe work environment (compliant with EPA/OSHA regulations)
* Management, training and motivation of Warehouse staff
* Conflict resolution of Warehouse employees
* Customer satisfaction management of Quality with a 98% on-time delivery requirement and error-free parts
* Ensure the productive use of resources and implement continuous productivity improvements
* Ensure 80% up-time of all equipment with limited unscheduled production interruptions or breakdowns
* Production order management to meet order schedules
* And all other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager

Position Requirements:
* High school diploma/GED equivalent, 2-year technical degree preferred
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisor or foreman level role in an operations environment
* Problem solving skills
* Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred
* Knowledge of OSHA requirements
* Ability to train and mentor production employees
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks
