We are looking to add an Administrative Support member to our team in Charleston, SC.

Primary responsibility will be answering and transferring incoming calls as well as the assignment of a wide variety of diverse administrative general office functions such as ordering supplies, filing, screening visitors, and organization of information.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

* Closing out material processing orders
* Billing customer and district orders
* Entering & closing mill claims
* Tracking material samples for testing
* Scanning and entering test reports into MetaViewer
* Maintaining spreadsheets as required
* Assignment of a wide variety of diverse administrative general office functions such as filing, answering phones and organization of information
* Providing varying levels of support to Management
* Project completion as required
* Perform other duties as may be assigned

Position Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* Less than one year of relevant general reception experience
* Outstanding reception skills including computer skills with the ability to apply knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Experience creating reports and manipulating data using database applications
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and telephone skills
* Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job duties and maintaining confidential information
* Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers
* Demonstrated ability to perform within a team environment and add to the overall success of the team
