    The Advanced Purchasing College Co-op will gain real-world experience working on projects that have a real impact on the business. In doing so, they will learn how to make a plan, execute that plan, and report out on their result. Furthermore, the projects will require the intern to have some creativity in solving the problem, they will not just be executing tasks. This will give them real life experience in approaching a problem creativity and developing the agility required to adjust their approach based on feedback that they receive throughout the process.

    • Development of tools to assist PD Purchasing in more effective program management.
    • Creating financial and cost models.
    • Creation of databases for management of product development data and consolidation of communication tools used by the global team and creating required documentation to support these tools.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must be able to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.
    • Must be pursuing a B.S. or B.A. in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related degree.
    • Must be a self starter with strong communication skills and the ability to look at problems creatively.
    • Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Above average knowledge of Visual Basic.
