Reingold is seeking a paid intern to support the lifeblood of our organization: our HR and Operations team. Our interns gain hands-on experience, learn a variety of marketable skills, and get a behind-the-scenes look at everything that makes a successful company not only function - but thrive.

Duties may include:

  • Support the day-to-day functions of the headquarters office (reception, supplies, meetings, announcements, etc.).
  • Serve as a welcoming front-desk and entryway presence for employees, clients, and guests.
  • Help with recruitment efforts, such as coordinating interviews for job candidates.
  • Collaborate with the facilities manager to resolve building issues in a timely manner.
  • Support employee engagement and firm culture through internal communications and events.
  • Provide general support for all employees (business cards, operational support, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to assist with HR initiatives and processes.
  • Perform other tasks to fit your professional skills and interests and our ever-shifting needs.

This internship is full-time during workday hours and is paid at a competitive rate. The winter intern class begins in early January.
