What you will be doing

Under direction of the Manager, Customer Experience, works closely with Drug Corporation sales enablement team to support the fulfillment of the Drug Corporation fiscal plan through consistent and clear sales team and other Drug Corporation associate messaging, direction and communications.

Works closely with sales enablement team to develop the annual strategy for sales enablement, including specific tactics and the editorial calendar of key messages and sales direction for the Community & Specialty Pharmacy and Health Systems segments.

  • Manages the content, vendor relationships

  • Assists in the creation of high-level, customized messaging for senior leadership.

  • Assists in the strategy, content development and administration for the annual sales playbook.

  • Drafts communications and sales enablement materials as assigned.

  • Keeps abreast of sales force trends; builds rapport with internal stakeholders

  • Recommends adjustments to internal and external communications based on challenges and successes in the field sales force.

  • Develops internal research programs to evaluate messaging adoption.

  • Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

Requires broad knowledge of fields such as communications, marketing, sales, business administration or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program; BA or BS with a concentration in Communications or Marketing preferred.

  • Knowledge of principles in marketing and communications

  • Analytical background - running reports, creating spreadsheets, showcase statistics

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Working knowledge of drug distribution business

  • Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail

  • Knowledge of ABC programs & services and products

  • Superior communication skills, including oral and in writing

  • Strong creativity

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs
