The Market Quality Manager would have ultimate responsibility for all quality policies, procedures, audits, incidents and reporting for the multi-market reporting to the MMGM. This position does allow for the right candidate to office out of anyone of our major locations such as: Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, etc...

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee Quality Representatives in the market.
* Responsible for quality reporting requirements for the market.
* Provide leadership in implementing and managing quality policies, programs, and practices for multiple locations.
* Work with operations and commercial teams on quality related issues including customer visits, review of customer CARs and any other activities related to the overall quality for the entire market.
* Ensure recordkeeping standards for quality programs are implemented and maintained.
* Implement and coordinate quality programs to reduce or eliminate quality claims and corrective actions while improving performance to defined quality goals.
* Advise and train managers and supervisors on their roles and responsibilities in the quality program.
* Maintain applicable quality certifications (ISO, IATF, etc.) and ensure compliance to requirements.
* Lead the 8D corrective action team through the claim investigation process for internal and external issues.
* Participation in the Quality Council activities and projects. Transfer SOPs, procedures, policies, and processes to market activities.
* Ensure compliance with Company quality policies, procedures, and practices within the Market.
* Obtain continuous education related to quality. Become/maintain internal auditor certification for applicable quality related certifications.

Position Requirements:
Skills:
* Knowledge and experience with MS Office.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements.
* Develop TQM experience.
* Ability to coach, train and be an effective leader.
* Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Impeccable attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills.
* Must be self-directed, professional, and dependable.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a science field like engineering or related technical degree program.
* 3-5 years experience in a quality management role in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
