Position Concept

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the collection, organization, query design and customized report development of programmatic and financial data for multiple contracts within the region. The Quality Assurance Specialist is the regional liaison for data reporting and will work closely with all levels of management, Eckerd corporate offices, and local area funding staff.

Essential Functions

  • Provide data entry for multiple information systems, compile regional programmatic and financial data for monthly, quarterly, and periodic ad-hoc reports. Automate or increase efficiency of existing reports.
  • Work with client data and create best practices and procedures. Continuous Quality Improvement of data collection methods and analysis for efficiency and process streamlining purposes.
  • Assist Managers throughout the region by running programmatic reports related to day-to-day operations to ensure internal data base and external state reporting system is accurate and up to date. Support the management team and other internal customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data.
  • Establish and maintain monthly and quarterly reports for both with internal and external customers as well as community partners in order to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Region Manager to prepare for monthly meetings, statistical research for upcoming bid opportunities and data necessary to evaluate program operations.

Position Specifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Two + years of hands-on experience with state reporting or other online database tracking system.

Skills: Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Database development, queries, and data analysis for reporting and Quality improvement purposes.

Other: Must meet state criminal background check requirements.

Travel: Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd Connects' Auto. Must be able to drive for business purposes and meet Eckerd's driving requirements, local regional travel is 10% to 20% of the job.

Physical Demands: Requires sitting for approximately 2/3 of each day, ability to move or lift up to 25 pounds.
