| Job Summary: | |||
| We are currently accepting applications for experienced heavy equipment operators for our construction services operations . We are looking to fill the following positions: motor graders, rollers, excavators, scrapers and dozers. Ability to establish and maintain positive & effective working relationships with all other personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work. Ability to safely and productively operate heavy equipment in various construction operations, including finish motor grader operators, hydraulic excavators and scraper operators. Ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | |||
| Must have 2 years experience, preferably with the defined type of equipment. Ability to operate different types of equipment is a plus. Must have the ability to read and understand grade. |

| Duties and/or Responsibilites | |||
| 1. Applicants shall demonstrate the ability to safely and productively operate different types of equipment in various construction operations including excavating and pipe installation, mass grading, finish grading and prep work, and asphalt paving. 2. Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies. 3. Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work. 4. Operators shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues. |
