David Lee is the founder and principal of HumanNature@Work. He is an internationally recognized authority on organizational and managerial practices that optimize employee performance, morale, and engagement. David is the author of Managing Employee Stress and Safety, as well as several dozen articles on organizational and individual performance that have been published in a number of trade journals and books in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. He has held positions as a clinician and trainer in the healthcare field and as a supervisor and trainer in the corporate world. In addition to his own research on both high-performing and struggling organizations, David Lee’s work draws from diverse disciplines, including neuroscience, peak performance technology, anthropology, accelerated learning, and psychobiology. The underlying theme of his work is this: the more managers understand human nature, the greater their ability to optimize employee performance.
