What You Will Do In Your Role

Interns at Koch companies learn about our unique Market-Based Management culture, partner with interns from other disciplines on case studies, and participate in our Innovation Challenge. All while working beside experienced engineers to solve real problems and offer insights that benefit society through improving our products and services.

Koch Industries is undergoing rapid digital transformation and multi-million-dollar projects that are calling your name. Some examples of projects our engineering intern/co-ops worked on in 2020 include:

  • Creating process and equipment summaries for project managers to use as a reference
  • Selecting and designing equipment based on customer provided schematics
  • Supporting project teams on new equipment installations
  • Quality testing new products to determine viability and making suggestions to improve design

    The Experience You Will BringRequirements:

    • To be enrolled in an Engineering degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or before May 2024
