Procurement Intern- Summer 2020 (WD30084875301)

What you will do

Johnson Controls invites you to apply for a position in our internship program located in Norman, OK. Our internship program is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives that are consistent with your career goals and current level of education. Specific identified internship responsibilities are outlined below.

How you will do it:

  • Ability to work independently as and as part of a team environment
  • Data collection, spreadsheet creation and data analysis
  • Ability to perform data analysis as required
  • Develop, prepare, and present summary reports
  • Routine use of Microsoft Office Tools: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Qualifications

What we look for

Required Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a procurement or supply chain program
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software, with experience in data entry.
  • Available to work at full-time in our Norman, OK office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in the University of Oklahoma's supply chain management program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision making abilities.
  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in multitask environment.
  • Sophomore level students interested in interning with us for two semesters
