Campaign Marketing Intern- Part Time

Are you a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who loves to collaborate and help others? Do you keep pace with the latest online and technology trends and ideas? Insight, a Tempe-based Fortune 500 technology reseller that works with top, global technology brands, is looking for a qualified marketing intern to help support our internal and external communications efforts.

The ideal candidate for this position will need strong organizational and communication skills. This role will need to hone in on keen details around operational effectiveness and efficiency with business processes.

What You’ll Do!

• Assist in planning and writing communication for internal teams
• Assist in managing resources and ensuring updates are made to marketing collateral
• Ensure sales resources are available and provide appropriate resources when requested
• Work with external and internal marketing teammates to support campaigns and contribute to strategy
• Manage the training schedule for corporate sales teams
• Track and maintain opportunity clean up within CRM tool by generating performance reports and pulling analytics
• Assist Partner engagements through all locations
• Assist Marketing team with email campaigns
• Assist list management through all projects and targeting
• Attend meetings to learn about projects, products, verticals and solutions, and execute on deliverables
• Consistently learn and grow, ask pertinent questions
  
  What We Need!

• Excellent written and verbal communication, strategic skills
• Understanding of the basic principles of marketing
• Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment, with a desire to come up with fresh ideas on how to engage our key audiences
• Ability to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional teams
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or Sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Creative, flexible and responsive
